Michael Maxx Kelly has been telling stories with a camera ever since he was old enough to hold one. And himself.
Michael attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA, where he excelled in writing, acting and directing. While attending the university, he earned two coveted “Golden Buddha Awards” for excellence in student filmmaking. Upon receiving his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in 2003, he started his own production company, Alchemist Entertainment.
Lit Match Entertainment specializes in producing high quality comedy films and commercials. In 2007, Michael produced and directed “The Sugar Cube Tube”, a thirty-minute sketch comedy pilot that garnered five million views on the Internet. He also had two sketches featured on the myspace.com home page, bringing in two million views in just one week.
When Michael is not out making the world a better place, he enjoys playing strip Trivial Pursuit and surfing with an artificial wounded sea lion wetsuit.
